Taiwan Culture Center (TCC) 2010 Annual Meeting will take place on Saturday February 27th at Harvest Moon Restaurant. This annual meeting is a way to show our appreciation and report the achievements of TCC projects in 2009; in the mean time, to present the goals we have set for the year of 2010. We welcome you to share your opinions/suggestions with us for our future development and through your supports, we hope to gain another fruitful year.

In order to involve more readers from different communities around the nation, starting from January 2010, the Taiwan Culture Center’s website will form an English homepage to broadcasting the news and events and move all the articles and news that contain Chinese characters into the categories of 活動快訊&藝文天地only. National Culture and Arts Foundation Journal Arrives!
Thanks to National Culture and Arts Foundation, the Taiwanese Culture Center owns the bimonthly journal published by the foundation. The center subscribed to the journal in February of this year and currently owns the past four issues. The journal describes current culture and arts in Taiwan and has detailed description on the featured pieces. Articles describe the artist’s vision in their work so that readers could better understand the thoughts behind each piece of art. The journal is available at the Taiwanese Culture Center for anyone that is interested.

Children Play "Frog Prince" Postponed to January 10th, 2010
The children play present by Taiwan Culture Center of Greater Washington DC was originally scheduled on Sunday 12/20 at Wayside Elementary School as part of the Taiwan School Christmas Celebration. Due to the wintry weather around the Washington DC area, the children play Frog Prince will be postponed to January 10th, 2010. For more information, please contact us at (301)330-2877.
